We are pleased to announce that as of January 3, 2025, the formal process of merging our road transport companies has been successfully completed. From this moment, all operations are conducted under one unified brand – Omida VLS.

The campaign slogan, “One Strong Brand”, reflects the essence of our decision to consolidate. The combination of experience and specialization of three leading brands – Omida Logistics, Virtus Logistics and Cargonite – has allowed us to create one of the strongest logistics structures on the market.
The new Omida VLS logo reflects this synergy, combining graphic elements and colors characteristic of all three companies.

As of January 3, 2025, changes related to the merger, company name, and headquarters address have been officially registered in the National Court Register (KRS).
