The data will be processed in order to conduct future recruitment processes, and the legal basis for the processing of personal data will be Article 6 (1) (a) of the General Data Protection Regulation, i.e. your consent.

Personal data will be shared only with the companies listed below from the Omida S.A. Group. and its authorized employees for whom the recruitment will be carried out and who is a potential employer, i.e.


as well as on the basis of an agreement on entrusting the processing of personal data to entities providing recruitment services and entities providing IT services related to recruitment.

Providing personal data is voluntary, however, failure to provide personal data results in the inability to participate in recruitment processes. Your personal data will not be transferred to a third country, i.e. outside the European Economic Area. Your personal data is not subject to automated decision making, including profiling.

Your personal data will be processed within 12 months from the date of sending your application.

You have the right to withdraw your consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of the processing which was carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal. You may withdraw your consent to the correspondence or e-mail address of the Personal Data Protection Inspector or the e-mail address: praca@omida.pl

You have the right to access your personal data, the right to rectify it, delete it, limit processing and the right to transfer data.
